How we perform
- Plan and manage meetings, incentive travel programs and special events including conferences, incentive trips, conventions, congresses, fairs, corporate facility/factory visits & inspections, product launches, business study seminars, staff trainings, team-buildings etc.
- Design incentive contest criteria and meeting/event agendas.
- Provide meet and greet services on arrival, group escorts and on-site event management and supervision, focusing on client care and oversight of vendor performance
- Research, select and inspect program venues.
- Track performance of incentive contest participants and meeting reservations, issuing status reports.
- Create and distribute program material such as promotional mailings, meeting announcements, reservation forms and invitations; receive and monitor responses.
- Plan food and beverage requirements, arrange entertainment, photo/video/drone shooting, plan and schedule activities and select and purchase event-related materials.
- Oversee program development, execution and follow-up.
- Handle travel and related arrangements and special requests for pre- or post-trip stays and/or diversions in individual itineraries.
- Providing Apple and Android applications to manage your event including registration, meetings appointments, agendas, important information, etc.
- Negotiate costs such as airfares, hotel rates, ground transfers, equipment rental, activities, entertainment and food & beverage.
- Improvisation during event, handle last minute changes, immediate reaction to unexpected situations.
- Post-event evaluation and follow-up.
